Lilia, cement walls seem to be quite good for backgrounds, now you told what it is, it still works out very good and does not change appreciation, it did cross my mind that the background was 'canvas' like, but just thought it was how the lens rendered it (I assume wide open).

this is really impressive, normally I found pictures of flowers less interesting than the flower itself, but this is exceptional
