But with the gentrification of the downtown area, the market is now filling up with specialty food stands that appeal to a younger, more anglo crowd. This is an egg sandwich place. There's a fancy sausage vendor, expresso bar, barbecue, and coming soon, Oyster Bar.
Continuing the photo walk at Central Market. This is a dull shot - but the only wide one I managed to shoot. This market used to be filled with raw food stalls - meat, fish, everything else - that catered to the Latino community nearby.
After lunch we went out and wandered around Olivera Street -- but I had my Ikon out and was shooting film.<br />
