How to 'Comment' on Photos --

I cannot find a Comment Box' when I click on some-ones' snap - the photo 'Enlarges' BUT there is nowhere to be seen any data written by the Photographer or a Box to make Comments Unlike on FLICKR where it is very EASY to be seen -- I always write LOADS of 'Technical Details' about MY snaps but when I click on them it Enlarges but no Details can be seen anywhere == please advise as it is the SAME over ALL your Sites which I try to support - I HAVE seen 'Photos With Comments' and THERE is a Box to ADD COMMENTS so I can add something but on a Photo with NO Comments cannot see how to make the Initial one -- By the Way -- I do not ''Favourite' snaps -- same as on FLICKR cannot see the reason behind it -- Peter Elgar BRENTWOOD Essex ENGLAND
