Yeah, I understand where your at with this.
Sometimes an image just holds itself back. It's not the intention of the shooter, it's a gift from the image. When the viewer looks at it....he gets captured by the very essence of what the shooter was captivated by....
It was a really interesting moment. The woman in the left foreground is looking at a somewhat deranged man in a grey suit that was talking loudly and basically yelling in French. The man in the background is looking too, and perhaps wondering what should be done if anything. I think the woman and child on the right are actually reflections caught in a store window. It's one of my favorite photographs from Paris as I believe it captured both direct and reflected images in the same moment. The left side is concrete while the right is more dreamy and surreal.
I keep coming back to this image...I don't know why but there's something going on with it....
