You got me thinking.
Here in France many sidewalks and terrace/street cafés still have dirt or gravel surface, even in urban areas.

Also, your chairs look too sophisticated to be country ;-)

It IS urban, but what gives it away? The bg is compressed dirt and the furnature ... universal? I never know.
