A warried person of the working class, is usually something moving as a subject but not all compositions fit. The key here is to throw the back ground out of focus, isolating the man against a blurry background, something probably like his thoughts. A wide aperure lens on you XE1 can do the job for you. Try it.
Overall I think that although not such a strong composition it is a nice photo.
