Wow, got the one. Well maybe a little of the back of the head of a second person and this is a slight distraction but nevertheless we know what you are communicating.
If I may, how did you do it? Especially shooting at f/5.6. I see you are shooting with a 150mm lens and I would guess you were standing maybe 6-7 meters/yards from the subject. I would expect a wider DOF. You could have used a blur tool but I do not think this is the case as you would have likely blurred the second head a little more. I also notice that there are some strands of hair that are in focus on the far left of the photo.
I would surmise that is was a great shot. Nice shooting!!!
