The elections were held yesterday in the Philippines. The card is being held by a candidates father asking people to vote (Iboto) for his son. The irony of it all is that he would have been illegally campaigning as he was too close to the polls and it is not allowed to campaign on the day of the election. If rules are enforced his son will be disqualified.
