Every small community throughout the Catholic portion of the Philippines have small processions where they parade their statue of Mary around the community sometime around the last few days of May or the first few days of June. Within the last few years the gay community started having a small procession where they display the family of Jesus and this second procession takes place at the same time and traveling the same route but they are two separate processions. What status that are displayed likely very for place to place. I am speaking more from where I live.
