I like the colors of the windows in the background. For me it adds subtle character to the overall quality of the photo. As for the main subjects the silhouette is nice but slightly blurred (yet better than I can do) yet shooting as open as you were I would imagine that you would not have been able to get both the brick cube and the guy as sharp as you would have wanted. Yet he has no motion blur so this helps. I like the composition and mix of colors as well as the contrast between the black and the light.
