The tall building is Citibank/ Citicorp's Building across the East River, in Queens. It was built on the same latitude as the Citibank Headquarters building in Manhattan. (53rd St & Lexington Avenue) One can stand on East 53rd Street and see both at the same time. They are especially striking when the sun sets.
