This 1927 small apartment building on a quiet cul-de-sac on the Gold Coast of NYC was once home to Greta Garbo, (whom I passed on a side street years ago), Rex Harrison, Mary Martin, HJ Heinz II, plus many others.
In its earlier years was the Mayfair Yacht Club, where guests would park their yachts ourside the dock outside on the East River. Average price today is $6 to 10 million for each apartment.

Oh, Nikki, didn't see the reflection until you just pointed that out to me. Yes, am all bundled up in wool hat and scarf, plus 3 warm layers of sweaters underneath. Soooo cold. Have learned to bundle up when I photograph for hours outside, otherwise you turn into an icicle. :)
