Technical comment.
The banding artifact in the sky (more obvious if you increase the gamma) is caused by over compressing the image. The compressed size is about 120KB or 27:1 compression ratio. Anything above 5:1 begins to show artifacts.
The original image was 0.9MB so you could redo this and save at a quality of 100% and still be under the 2MB limit for LI. The sky should look much smoother. But perhaps the filter you used has also damaged the color. If you look at its histogram you can see the spikes where the colors have been reduced, which may have caused the posterization of the sky.
I love the sea. My favorite times have been spent at, in or near it.
