You know I like a lot of your work. This is an interesting picture and I like this POV a bit better, and I like the blue colors. Try cropping it at the top of the arch left window to eliminate the bright patch of sky and the light patch top left. When I scroll the picture out of the top of the browser to crop it, it suddenly clicks.
The windows to the left are important to the composition, they add depth. The clean right edge of the picture with its neutral gray wall focusses the attention towards the middle, whereas in the other picture the vertical dark band of windows lifts your gaze away from the center.
What's important in this shot is the repetition of patterns - the rungs of the pipe, the rungs of the railing, the panes of glass in all the windows, the window frames in the arched windows.
Yes, I know Presby. In the 60s - 70s it was full of Picker X-ray medical equipment, some of which I designed when I was a young engineer.
Architecturally, it's beautiful, but more than that it is considered one of the top 5 hospitals in America and it's only a 5 minute walk from my home, which is important for my circumstances.
Am afraid it might be too conservative for this website, but will try to find "lighter" stuff.

Nice picture, Lilia. It made me stop and wonder.
