Ah Carlos,
Alfama from Largo das Portas do Sol. With the Dome of Santa Engracia, the Campanille of Sao Vicente, his statue near by, from where the photo was taken, and in the background the Tagus (not in the picture). Listening to Fernando Mauricio singing the "Quinze Primaveras"; and on the Tram 28 from there to Ciado trying to embed those strong emotions that Grandeur and decay, like the ups and downs of the route, had incepted to me. Later on over a glass of Vinha do Seminario, I re-visit Pesoa to discuss about these, trying to understand this city and its people. Maria Severa's tradition meets the true roots of my rempetiko within my mind. In another chromatic musical scale but on to a common point. Lisbon is not a city for photographers, Lisboa is THE City for the photographer.
Obrigado

You know Lisbon better than me! With the eyes of the architect and the soul of the poet!
Muito obrigado
Carlos
