The Promenade & Overlook near me has 3 dog parks. This one is the Overlook with great views of the city, bridges and adjacent boroughs (Queens & Brooklyn). Every once in awhile I get to play with one of these pets. Our building changed management and unfortunately, pets are no longer allowed, so this place becomes my dog therapy.
