Image was taken in 1953 with LEICA II and Leitz Elmar 50mm f/3.5, Mimosa Panchro Film, 21/10°DIN. Rodinal, Crop 50%<br />
Original-Negativ captured with Canon 5D and Apo-Elmarit 100mm f/2.8 plus Elpro 1:1

It is interesting how the sharpness fall off with these early lenses adds to the "drawing" of the portrait. Of it's time but with lasting appeal.

I still regularly use a Leica 111 G ……wonderful viewfinder.

Hello Hermann, thanks for like this Photo. Yes, I have a Leica II. It is not the body with which captured the picture from my wife. It is a Leica IIf.
