Got a good laugh. Am glad to know the "real" Everest has not become commercial with trinkets, at least I hope not. My trek was in 1980, two weeks trekking through the mountains. A once in a lifetime experience one can never forget. Am so glad I was fearless (aka stupid / naïve) when I was young. Now I can smile and say "Oh yes, I did it."

Thank you, Lilia. Actually, I admit I am jealous of your trek. This was a shot I composed while we were in Disney's Animal Kingdom on our way to the attraction, Expedition Everest. I loved the detail in the post and color of the hanging packs/gear. Sorry if I confused. I can only hope to make the real trek one day.
