I have not really answered your question properly. I am a DxO convert. I stoped using Adobe Camera RAW about 14 months ago. I find that the RAW conversions with DxO are superior even to ACR 5.7, even in Default mode. DxO is excellent at correcting Lens Distortions and for Keystoning.
