Well, he's actually reading something but I did take that out because I thought it goes well with the ambiguity of the whole image.

It looks like he is sending a text message.

I'm unsure as to whether I'm disappointed or intrigued that I can't see what he has in his hands. Perhaps that's one of the strengths of the shot. I like it.
