This is view of the Trianon palace and gardens. It is a smaller palace, built on the grounds of Versailles for Louis XV, who felt that the Palace built by his great-grandfather Louis XIV was overly large, stuffy and intimidating. It was also later a favorite of Napoleon's and the site of the eponymous treaty
