Sometimes you plan something and it doesn't happen, except in this case, it was better than original plan.
This one was taken of Roosevelt Island from Manhattan side. The crazy weather we have been having has had great photo effects.

Thank you both. As I've noted in previous photos we are experiencing very unusual weather. Dangerous thunderstorms, dark gray clouds almost all the time. We hardly see the sun. Good for photography, not for people.
