Thanks, Carol. Wish it had a roof above as it sits on the Overlook on East River. Guess it has to be either functional or pretty, not both. Entire Promenade which will encircle Manhattan one day does not have any shelter from the rain. Wouldn't happen if they had a woman designer. :)
