Thanks! Though they were actually stacked. I'm not to comfortable doing super long exposures on my dslr. Though I have recently dug out my Canon ELan and want to try some star trails on film. The settings were: 1600 iso, 30 second exposure at f/2.8 with 60 frames.
Very successful photo mission - what was the ISO and exposure time if you don't mind disclosing? I have been struggling to find a good starting place to shoot single image star trails (without stacking)
