There is a plate near the trees which says that they are 6000 yrs old. I checked in the net and it was indeed so. see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sisters_Olive_Trees_of_Noah

This olive tree is about 800-1000 years old at a glance and may be even older.Great find!
