I a settingp an astrophotography site which will be online shortly. Would love it if you posted a few shots there. Will let you ALL know when its up and running.

It was taken at about 4,500 meters/15,000 ft elevation in Nepal after the moon had set and 2 hours before sunrise - very clear viewing conditions with minimal pollution and haze - it would be a good place to site and observatory if there was a road to get there!

The most important part is DARK skies- this was taken 100 miles from the nearest street light
