What exactly is Ag2Si ...?
Well, Ag2Si is Silver to Silicon. just a name that basically says film to digital. My original intent was to consolidate all the previous individual web sites i.e. nikonimages, zeissimages, leicaimages .... into 1. ! ring to rule them all
The other sites were mainly photo hosting where i was hoping to get more engagement from people using the forum here on ag2si and be more of a photo community. That still hasn't happened. I am thinking the web is changing and leaning towards more of these mobile based solutions.
Where is NikonImages.com - have been trying to log on there but am refused every time. The old password does not seem to do the trick!
Most of the orginal sites are still there with the software i created and no forum. I did add a message board feature to them to let us engage in chats and post messages without the need for big forum full featured software like the one you see here on ag2si. Passwords are different in the other websites. Have you tried resetting your password? Just in case you did and that did not work, I set a new password for you. I will put it in a pm.
Where is FujifilmImages.com ?
Sadly, I lost backups from fujiimages and sonyalphaimages and have not been able to restore that to an individual site. However, I have a server in storage that may have data there and I need to look into that.
I have the data just missingthe photos. So if I find the photos, i can restore.
Every time I post an images here (Ag2Si) I cannot link to my registered lenses I have put in over the years - other than those from Zeiss ...?!?! Where are all my Nikon- anf Fujifilm-lenses?
Have you tried adding the lenses to your dashboard? You can do that here

Hurray - I said when you posted this news (about the merger), so I thought I can post both Nikon- and Fujifilm-Images in one place and be amongst brand-friends, but now I am sourrounded by Zeiss-people only and, understandably, get no reaction to my Nikon- and Fujifilm-Images.
The reason I post images here, is because this is the only site I am allowed into, but shoot mainly NIKON and FUJIFILM - what am I doing here at Ag2SI ...?
This is the original intent of ag2si. No more separation. Images from any brand camera or lens make up the gallery here. Unfortunately, it gets little use

If I find the backup I can restore. I can bring the website backup and put all images there from here that are taken with fuji. That would be better than nothing i guess.
It must have been an aweful job to code all this (I know a bit as I was building databases when I was in my 50-ies some 25 years ago).
